1-on-1 Remote Hitting

The 1-on-1 training program is built around a fully individualized development model designed to meet the specific needs of each hitter. Rather than following a preset program, training is structured around the athlete’s current movement patterns, approach, competitive level, and long-term goals. Every session is intentionally planned and adjusted in real time to ensure that drills, constraints, and hitting environments directly target areas that will produce meaningful improvement.

This program integrates mechanical refinement, pitch recognition, decision-making, and competitive application into one cohesive development plan. Athletes receive detailed feedback, guided adjustments, and structured hitting environments that progressively challenge their adaptability and consistency. Training sessions are designed not only to improve swing efficiency and contact quality, but also to sharpen timing, zone awareness, and approach clarity in game-like conditions.

Because the training is individualized, communication is ongoing and specific. Video review, performance tracking, and structured evaluation are used to monitor progress and refine the development plan as the athlete evolves. The goal of 1-on-1 training is to build a repeatable process at the plate, improve adaptability under pressure, and create long-term, transferable growth that shows up consistently in competition.

How it Works

We start with a Facetime or Zoom call. We will go through your current situation, what your looking to get out of training, strengths, weakness, etc. The goal of this call is to get an understanding of how you work as a person and athlete, which will guide how I decide to program your day-to-day.

After the call, you will get a weekly program (updated every week). The weekly program consists of a daily hitting training plan, up to 7 days a week (dependent on your schedule/availability). We will be communicating on a daily basis when/if needed. This is how training will be structured the entirety of your time training with me.
