4 Week Programs
This 4-week hitting program is designed to steadily improve a hitter’s movement efficiency, timing, pitch recognition, and overall approach at the plate. Each week builds on the previous one, moving from controlled skill development to more variable and game-like environments. The structure allows athletes to refine mechanics while also training decision-making and adaptability, helping practice performance carry over into real at-bats. The goal is consistent, measurable progress and a clearer, more repeatable process in the box.
